When booking a balloon garland, please send a picture to (978) 300-8487 so we can determine the appropriate installation location. It's important to note that when we install a garland, we require a secure point to tie it to. We will not  put nails or tacks on any structures, as these can cause damage. Additionally, Command hooks may not provide sufficient support. We are also unable to apply tape to venue walls. If tying or installing the garland is not feasible, we do offer a free-standing option. just ask 

Indoors, the balloons will last for several weeks. Outdoors, the situation is more complicated, as there are no guarantees. Rain will not damage the latex, so it is acceptable. However, prolonged exposure to full sunlight or extreme heat can be detrimental to the balloons. They perform better in shaded areas. Additionally, when exposed to full sun, latex balloons will gradually oxidize, which is a normal process. Lighter colors tend to withstand sunlight better than darker ones. High winds can also compromise the integrity of the balloons.
